課程簡介

本課程主要以臨床肌肉骨骼系統人體為主軸，學習內容整合臨床學科如骨科、重建整形外科、放射診斷學科、復健學科、核子醫學科、藥理學科等，有別於以往各學科獨立教學方式，將各科統整教導，有系統的學習。由肌肉骨骼系統臨床常見傷害與疾病開始，輔以肌肉骨骼關節之影像學檢查及判讀，外科治療及肢體重建手術以及後續之復健治療、輔具支架使用，最後介紹有關肌肉骨骼系統疾病內科治療之藥物學理。

訓練學生掌握骨骼肌肉系統之解剖、生理與病理機轉，強調與臨床疾病的連結。
課程內容涵蓋關節退化、骨折癒合與神經肌肉功能等核心概念。
2. 病人照護能力：
培養學生從功能與生活面向理解病人困境，並提供個別化照護建議。
重視疼痛控制、復健計畫與跨專業合作。
3. 醫師專業素養：
強調學生在面對病患時展現誠信、尊重與責任感。
鼓勵在臨床決策中融入倫理思維與人文關懷。

透過實作、討論與反思，鼓勵學生主動學習與面對挑戰。

6. 智慧醫療能力：
介紹AI骨折偵測、3D列印等技術於骨科應用，拓展學生視野。
並思辨智慧醫療之倫理議題與實際限制。同時於區段課程期間內安排自主學習線上課程，培養遠距教學之概念與能力。
7. 軍陣醫學能力：
使學生理解戰傷骨折與資源有限下之緊急處置原則。
強調在壓力環境中仍須維持專業判斷與人性照護。
8. 人際溝通技巧：
訓練學生以病人能理解的語言說明病情與治療選擇。
培養耐心傾聽與同理心，建立良好醫病關係。
