新穎抗癌、免疫抑制劑及中草藥有效成分之合成與研發

實驗室簡介

本研究團隊主要以跨實驗室合作方式，執行新藥研發之整合研究。藥物設計係針對小分子引起的藥理作用機制，輔以電腦輔助技術，進行有機合成、光譜分析、生物活性評估與驗證，確立結構與活性關係，以更進一步優化前導藥物結構。學生可在實驗室獲得新藥研發的知識與實務，以與較尖端之生技、製藥與法規科學的就業需求相契合。

目前進行中之研究主題包含：

1.「克流感」 (Tamiflu) 具抗藥性之 H1N1 流感病毒。成果：榮獲日本 2012 「台灣發明展」金賞獎，並技轉當代綠能公司，正規劃臨床試驗中。

2.新穎免疫抑制劑：與美國密西根大學醫學院合作，研發兼具抗炎與抗癌之全新型免疫抑制劑。成果：技轉美國 Unitech 公司，並榮獲美國密西根州小型製藥企業創新研發獎。

3.新穎標靶抗癌藥：具焦於新型抗血管新生、增效放療之生物還原抗癌藥研發。成果：美國專利申請中。

4.五味子成分修飾：與張溫良老師之中草藥研究室合作，探討五味子新療效，發現以全合成改良之類似物的保肝作用，優於天然五味子素；水萃物抑制「克流感」有抗藥性的流感病毒株；酒萃物之抗自體免疫活性優於臨床用藥glatiramer acetate，深具治療免疫失調疾病潛力。成果：教育部補助的產學合作專案計畫承接後續開發。

5.產藥品品質提升與國際化：學系老師與台灣藥物品質協會合作，承接食藥署計畫，執行藥廠輔導、國際法規法語化，與原料藥管理規畫。成果：完成我國藥品GMP第一、二部，已公告全國遵行；協助我國衛生主管機關領先韓日，成為國際醫藥品稽查協約組織(PIC/S)成員，並榮獲總統親頒TFDA賀詞。
