實驗室簡介
Our laboratory is actively engaged in research at the intersection of pharmacology and neuroscience, aiming to develop innovative strategies to better understand and treat complex neurological, psychiatric, and oncological disorders. We focus on identifying biomarkers and novel therapeutic approaches for alcohol use disorder and withdrawal syndrome, including the role of blood-derived exosomes and neurotransmitter system dysregulation. In the field of neurodegeneration, we explore the diagnostic and therapeutic applications of exosomes in diseases such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s, with particular attention to microglia-mediated neuroinflammation and dopaminergic neuron protection.
In addition, we are developing next-generation analgesics through structure-based drug design and functional analysis of opioid receptor modulators, especially nalbuphine derivatives. Our studies cover receptor selectivity, intracellular signaling mechanisms, and in vivo pharmacological profiling to optimize both efficacy and safety. Expanding our translational efforts, we are also investigating the therapeutic potential of herbal compounds and novel small-molecule drugs in non-small cell lung cancer, focusing on exosome regulation, metabolic alterations, and tumor microenvironment modulation. Through these multidisciplinary projects, we strive to uncover new therapeutic avenues and contribute to the advancement of precision medicine across multiple disease domains.
