2024 年臺灣臨床藥學會年度優良服務獎。
2017~2023 年擔任三總品管圈輔導員，協助推動品管活動與品質改善，並以「智慧化藥品氣送系統」為題，獲得 2019 年智慧醫療標章與國家品質品質銅獎；「提升藥師參與化療輪訓率」主題，榮獲 2023 年台灣持續改善競賽團結組銅塔獎。
