研究領域

1. 利用藥物與人體內生性微脂粒結合進行腸繫膜淋巴系統之藥物標靶投遞。以抗愛滋病毒藥物或抗癌藥物為模型藥物進行研究，並針對脂溶性低之藥物，合成中長碳鏈之前驅藥物以提高其脂溶性。並將藥物投遞至大鼠體內以評估其藥物動力及藥物分佈之特性。
2. 開發電腦模組以預測不同藥物對於人體內生性微脂粒之結合率，以篩選藥物進行體外及動物實驗。
3. 探討藥物之物化參數對於腸道內吸收之影響。

   我們實驗室目前剛起步，研究方向初期會較著重於藥物於體內吸收的探討，中後期將結合細胞及動物實驗進行藥物吸收分布於各胞器、組織內之比例及濃度，以評估藥物治療效能，歡迎加入我們實驗室一起努力喔。
