研究領域

1. 探討節攜病毒與病媒之間的相互作用：以白線斑蚊和埃及斑蚊為模式，在成蚊或細胞株內，研究蚊子JAK/STAT訊號傳遞系統如何受到登革病毒和日本腦炎病毒或其次蛋白的干擾，包括蚊子STAT蛋白的磷酸化和結合核苷酸能力受到抑制，探討登革病毒和日本腦炎病毒的次蛋白如何與蚊子STAT蛋白交互作用，達到抑制原始免疫訊號傳遞的效果；另一方面，探討蚊子Toll-like receptor 在節攜病毒感染時，所扮演的功能。

2. 研究A型感冒病毒NS1在人類呼吸道細胞的蛋白質體變化，找出與NS1作用的蛋白質，探討A型感冒病毒透過NS1對細胞原始免疫的抑制影響。

3. 探討人臍帶間質幹細胞蛋白質體表現，建立不同繼代培養，細胞蛋白質體表現的差異，並比較未分化與受刺激進行分化的細胞之間的差異。
