當學期申請停修之學生，依照當年度當年級本校教育行事曆第15週最後一天上班工作日17:00前辦理完成，自行填寫申請書，並檢具報告及選課清單，經課程主帶教師、導師或指導教授、學系(科)、所、中心、室主管、學院(書苑)長簽准後，於期限時間內繳至教務處辦理停修課程手續，逾期不予受理
Students applying for course withdrawal in the current semester must complete the application process before 5:00 PM on the last working day of Week 15, as specified in the University Academic Calendar for that academic year and grade level. Applicants shall complete the application form independently and submit supporting documents and course selection records. After obtaining approval signatures from the course instructor, class advisor or thesis advisor, department/institute/center/office chairperson, and dean of the college, the application shall be submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs within the prescribed deadline. Late applications will not be accepted.
