Pharmacology_NDMU 🎤 Episode 2 is here! Welcome to our Digital Curator's "Travel Channel"… Wait, just kidding! 🤭🌍

For the next stop of Prof. Eagle Yi-Kung Huang's European tour, we arrived in the fairytale city of Prague, Czech Republic! 🇨🇿 A massive and heartfelt THANK YOU to our incredible host, Dr. Jan Svoboda (Deputy Director of the Institute of Physiology CAS) and his team. From strolling across the iconic Charles Bridge, admiring the Old Town Square, to squeezing through Prague's narrowest street (complete with its own traffic light 🚦!), their hospitality was simply unmatched.

We still fondly remember Dr. Svoboda's wonderful visit and lecture at our institute back in 2024. This reunion makes the trip even more special and proves that scientific friendships know no borders! 🤝✨

But hey, we did actually get down to serious business! 💼✍️ We are beyond thrilled to announce the official signing of an MOU with the renowned Institute of Physiology, Czech Academy of Sciences (FGÚ)! Swipe to the end to witness this historic milestone shared between FGÚ Director, Dr. Ondřej Kuda, and our Director, Prof. Eagle Yi-Kung Huang. 📜🖋️

Pharmacology_NDMU 🎤 Exclusive first-hand update from your Digital Curator! Our very own Prof. Eagle Yi-Kung Huang's European tour (May 15-28) is officially underway, and the first stop was incredible! ✈️🌍

First, a warm collaboration in Szeged! 🇭🇺 Prof. Huang met with neuroscience expert Assistant Prof. Karcsúné Kis Gyöngyi and her brilliant PhD team at the University of Szeged (SZTE). We hit it off instantly! 🤝 Teaming up for groundbreaking cross-border research on "Migraine" and "the relationship between Blast-induced Traumatic Brain Injury (bTBI) and ATF3" 🧠🔬. Lab exchanges coming soon!

While at SZTE, we were completely charmed by the historic campus—swipe to see the magnificent historical 1904 medical building entrance and the iconic Szeged Water Tower, affectionately known as the "Old Lady of the Tower"! Fun fact: Vitamin C was discovered right here using the local Paprika! 🌶️

Of course, we also fell in love with Budapest! 🏰 Strolling through the breathtaking historical streets, including the spectacular Nyugati Railway Station with its magnificent architectural splendor, was truly stunning. 🚂✨

But wait, the European tour is far from over! 🎒✨ Prof. Huang is currently heading to our next top-secret destination... 🤫🗺️ Where to next? I can't spill the tea just yet, but let's just say a HUGE surprise is on the way! Guess where? Stay tuned for the next episode! 🤭🕵️‍♂️✨
