LABORATORY INTRUDUCTION
In recent years, rapid advancements in fields such as gene sequencing, bioinformatics, and synthetic biology have enabled a deeper understanding of natural products at the genetic and protein levels. Currently, our research primarily utilizes genome mining and heterologous expression in fungi to explore natural products produced by fungal biosynthetic gene clusters and their biosynthetic pathways. We also conduct screening for relevant pharmacological activities. Additionally, we focus on the discovery of bioactive natural products guided by bioactivity assays.
