Expand Your Horizons

Explore International Exchanges

Overseas exchange is not an impromptu decision, but a journey that requires long-term preparation. By consciously honing your skills from the moment of enrollment, you can seize your opportunity at the right time.

🗺️ Choose Your Pathway
1
Take elective course (Years 1)
You can take the elective course "Medical Research Techniques and Methods" offered by Prof. Cheng-Kang Wang. Seek early exchange opportunities through the Office of International Affairs.
2
Be a Student Representative (Years 2)
You can actively join the Pharmacy Student Association (PSA) to become a student representative and participate in international exchange activities.
3
Internship Matching (Years 3-4)
You can apply for internships in overseas labs or institutions. However, the schedule overlaps with the Phase I Pharmacist Licensure Examination, so careful evaluation is required.
4
Pharmacy Student Only (Years 4-5) ✨ Recommended
Apply for matching after the overseas exchange info session. This can be integrated with special research projects or clinical courses, making it the golden time to go abroad.
5
Pharmacy Student Only (Years 5-6)
During the execution of your special research project, seize the opportunity to connect with domestic and overseas collaborative labs and research teams.
6
Advanced Training (Post-Grad)
Military-funded students who pass the selection to stay as faculty trainees can apply for government-funded overseas Ph.D. programs within the specified timeframe.
※ Note : Application schedules and eligibility vary based on annual announcements, partner institutions, and individual study plans. It is recommended to consult with your advisor or the department office early on.
