實驗室簡介
本實驗室主要從事天然物藥物與中草藥活性成分之研究，結合天然物化學、細胞與分子生物學及藥理學技術，探討中藥及天然產物在代謝疾病、癌症及發炎相關疾病中的作用機制。研究重點包括牛樟芝（Antrodia cinnamomea）及多種中藥來源天然物之活性成分分離鑑定與藥理功能評估，並透過細胞與動物模式分析其對脂肪生成、發炎反應及腫瘤生長之調控機制。相關研究顯示天然物可藉由調控多種訊號傳遞路徑，如 mTOR、β-catenin 及 NLRP3 inflammasome 等，發揮抗發炎、抗腫瘤與代謝調節作用。此外，本實驗室亦結合醫療資料庫與流行病學研究方法，進行疾病風險與天然物藥理效應之整合分析，期望建立天然物藥物開發之科學基礎，並促進中草藥現代化與臨床應用。
